We may also ask you for your mobile telephone number. Although you don't have to give us this information, if you don't we may not be able to enrol you in the Romance Academy .

1. Assess your suitability for the Romance Academy (particularly your date of birth)
2. Send you information about our activities
3. Contact you about Romance Academy meetings if you are successful at interview
4. Contact you about Romance Academy reunions, or for your help in future Romance Academy courses
5. Other uses connected with the Romance Academy
6. Anything else you give us permission for.

In any event, we will only use your information as allowed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

4. Sharing this information

Under normal circumstances we will not share any of your personal information unless you give us your permission. There may be some cases, however, where we have to share the information you give us, for example if a court orders us to do so.
